Like many settings, we faced staffing challenges in recent years, but we now have a highly experienced Manager and a fully staffed team, operating within legal ratios and without agency reliance. Our fees are in line with local nurseries offering similar care. We hold a 'Good' Ofsted rating, with praise for safeguarding and child development. We continually invest in staff training and resources. While farewell cards haven't been standard, we appreciate the feedback and will be introducing a gesture for children moving on.
