Purple Willows Nuxley Village has undergone unannounced Ofsted inspections, including one prompted by a similar complaint. No safeguarding or care concerns were found. We are also concerned by the personal remarks made about our Nursery Manager, which are unfounded. It's worth noting that your child remained with us until starting school - despite your serious concerns which calls into question the accuracy of the claims.
