Thank you for your feedback.We're delighted to hear that your son loves attending nursery - I can see that from his smile everyday.I wanted to clarify a couple of points from your review, all of our children go outside every single day, and many of our branches also have dedicated nature days, where children spend the entirety of the day outdoors exploring and learning. I wonder if your comment does not fully reflect the experiences of all our families so if you'd like to learn more, please do feel free to contact me. Regarding food, we always try to use organic ingredients wherever possible. However, we do not actively promote this, as supply issues can sometimes prevent us from providing 100% organic meals at all times as that may lead to disappointment. I would welcome you into our kitchen to discuss this with our chef so they can clarify just how much of our produce is fresh and organic.
