We are sorry to read that you did not feel Little Dragons was the right nursery for your daughter. Whilst we are pleased you recognised and valued the efforts of our staff team, we regret that your overall experience did not meet your expectations. We always aim to work in partnership with families to provide a warm, caring and stimulating environment. We understand every parent will have different expectations, but some requests felt more suited to a private nanny or 1:1 support rather than a group nursery setting. Our role is to balance the needs of all children, ensuring fairness, safety and opportunity for everyone. We take concerns about childrens wellbeing seriously and encourage open dialogue, with our management team always available to talk. We are disappointed not to be the right fit for your family and wish you well in finding the approach that suits you best.
