We appreciate how emotional it can be leaving any child at nursery, but when a diagnosis is finally provided and families need to adapt so dramatically it is clearly very daunting. To know you all felt so confident with our level of care and constant communication means the world to us. Yes, it's sometimes tricky to find suitable alternatives to ensure inclusion but the consideration and effort is worth it when we get to see children thrive. You have been a family that witnessed the transition from the previous owners and your comments show we have managed to do this well; as you know, some of our team are the 'originals' who also cared for your eldest. We are grateful that you allowed us to care for both children and have now found the time (in the busy school holiday period) to write such beautiful words to help support the choices of prospective families.
