It's wonderful to know you've found our team friendly, attentive, and supportive. We also appreciate you raising your concern about him being given non-vegan food on a couple of occasions. This happened during times when the preschool children were self-serving their meals, as part of encouraging independence. While we see this as an important skill, we completely understand the need to ensure all dietary requirements are fully met. We've revisited this process with the team and carried out extra training around food safety and dietary awareness to prevent this from happening again.
