Thank you for taking the time to complete the above review, I would like to say that whilst I understand that this is your opinion and how you preserve the nursery setting I don't feel that this is a true reflection on the nursery and all of the hard work and dedication the staff put in to the care they give to all of the children. We as a nursery setting do not have a high turn over of staff.  We have had new staff join our team as the nursery grows. The staff within the setting are very caring and to hear a parent feels some staff are uncaring  is very disappointing to hear. With regards to the rubbish this had been a problem and has now been sorted and the bin men now make collections twice a week instead of once a week.  We strive to give every child in our care the very best experience as they begin their learning journey through the education system. We do not consider ourselves practical or acceptable. We will continue to strive to deliver outstanding care to all of the children
