Rest assured, we always adhere to the required ratios in all our rooms and in the nursery, following the government guidelines closely. Some rooms have different ratios due to age groups, which might give the impression of more children per staff, but I can confirm this is not the case. We are planning some adjustments to room allocations in September to ensure a more balanced staff-to-child ratio, with just one ratio per room.We are truly sorry for the incidents that occurred, which we did discuss with you before you left.
