Many thanks for this lovely review, we're delighted that your son is happy and thriving with us.  We are very proud of our staff and the care and wonderful experiences they give our children.  We're sorry you feel that our fees aren't clear enough, unfortunately providers are forced into a difficult position by the government and local authority who have underfunded early years for many years and made it very challenging for settings to remain sustainable. We are as transparent as possible in how we apply funding and feel we provide an enhanced level of service that our parents really value.
