Thank you so much for taking the time to write a lovely review...it really means a lot to the staff to know that the children are happy. With regard to the criticism about wiping noses...there is no excuse NOT to do this as we have lots of self-hygiene spots all around the nursery, with tissues, warm soapy water and flannels, towels & hand sanitiser (for adults) so we are a little disappointed that this has happened. All staff are made aware that it is 'Ladybirds Law' that no child should be left with dirty hands, faces or runny noses. We hope that this does not happen again but please use theparent app or daily diary to make us aware of any issues.
