We're sorry you've been unhappy with our service since 2020. It's disheartening to learn this via a third-party review, as we valued having all 3 of your children and believed our communication was strong. We offer open mornings, festive events, and parents' evenings, which you didn't attend. Our pre-school team gave detailed handovers to grandparents and online developmental reports every five months and also phoned you directly. We'd have offered more insight had we known you wanted it. Regarding the graduation, our "no photos" policy for safeguarding was clearly stated on invitations, reminders, and verbally. There's no obligation to buy studio portraits, which offer us no financial benefit. Parents could take individual photos after the event. The manager's request to refrain from photos during the event was a necessary safeguarding measure, and we apologise you found it rude. It's a great pity this is our final communication. We wish all 3 children happiness and we'll miss them.
