We understand your concerns and want to reassure you that children aged 3 are supported under a 1:8 staff ratio, which is appropriate for their age. One-to-one care isn't typically required, but we do support individual needs where possible. The Manager has been there since the takeover, and there has been no staff turnover-our team remains stable and dedicated. Management is on site daily and always available, and the owners have also spoken with you directly regarding your concerns, including fees. All staff are fully trained in safeguarding, and we have a secure facial recognition system at the gate. The skip is present due to improvement works since the takeover. Fees rise annually in line with industry standards, but we remain the most competitively priced nursery locally. The app shares updates, routines, photos, and development info-we're reviewing it to improve usability.
