We are genuinely sorry to hear your concerns and acknowledge how upsetting this situation must feel for you. However, we strongly refute several serious inaccuracies in your review.
First and foremost, the safety, wellbeing, and development of every child in our care — including those with additional needs — remain our highest priority. All our staff, including recent hires, are recruited and deployed in accordance with Ofsted requirements and relevant safeguarding legislation. At no point have unqualified staff been left unsupervised with children. Any suggestion otherwise is simply untrue.
We are aware that changes within the nursery can be unsettling, particularly for children with additional needs, and we are working closely with families during this transition period. We also take communication with parents seriously and are always open to constructive dialogue. We are sorry if you feel your concerns have not been adequately addressed — this is certainly not the experience we strive to offer any family.
We invite you to contact us directly so we can respond to your individual concerns with the care and attention they deserve. Safeguarding, transparency, and trust are non-negotiable values at our setting, and we are committed to continually upholding them.
