As outlined in our contract, the nursery reserves the right to end a placement if behaviours—whether from a child or a parent—cause significant distress or impact to the welfare of others in the setting. In this instance, the decision to end the placement was made in line with that policy.  <br>While we do not agree with the points raised, we regularly review our practices and always strive to maintain high standards of care, communication, and safety.
