I want to reassure you that we're fortunate to have a very stable team at the moment - although we experienced higher staff turnover a few years back, things have really improved and stabilised since then. We're also proud to be currently overstaffed, which is quite rare in childcare right now so we're counting ourselves lucky in this respect!
