We truly regret that your recent experience with our nursery has led to disappointment and concern, particularly after your previously positive impressions.<br>We are aware that a number of longstanding staff left, and we acknowledge the trust and relationships they built with many families over time. Their departure has understandably raised concerns, and we are working hard to rebuild that trust and ensure continuity of care during this transition period.<br>Please be assured that all new staff members undergo enhanced DBS checks and safeguarding training before working with children. While qualifications and experience levels may vary, no staff member is ever left unsupervised until they are fully vetted and supported in line with Ofsted regulations. That said, we take seriously your concern about how these changes were communicated.<br>We recognise that better communication was needed to keep families informed and reassured during this time. Your comments about the lack of proper introductions will be reviewed and reflected upon to help us grow.
