Thank you for your review.<br>We're sorry to hear that your child hasn't always had their nose wiped - our preschool room can be very busy, but we do support children in developing independence, and staff are always on hand to assist when needed.<br>In terms of outings, we agree that visits beyond the setting are important, and we aim to do more of these throughout the term. However, we are also required to adhere to strict staffing ratios to ensure the safety of all children.<br>We were not made aware of your concerns prior to this review. We always encourage open communication and invite parents, guardians, and carers to speak directly with the room team or management. Our friendly staff are always happy to listen, and they bring any concerns straight to my attention.<br>Our garden is a large and exciting space that offers a wide range of play and learning opportunities. In addition, our dedicated sports coach supports the children's physical development through daily activities such as tennis, rugby, football, and even mini golf - all of which the children have free access to throughout the week.<br>Thank you once again for your feedback.
