We're truly sorry to hear that your experience at Little Elms Lee did not meet your expectations.We take all concerns seriously and are committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for every child.We are currently recruiting for staff, and this remains a priority; however, we do have a lovely hands-on bank team that the children and staff love. This helps to eliminate the use of agency staff and provides the children with consistency.Our new food supplier is a trial which is being reviewed with our head office team. And will be communicated to all of our families.I am sorry you feel the management team does not listen. I always ensure I take all parent's feedback seriously.
