Thank you for your feedback. We take all concerns from parents extremely seriously, especially those relating to the care, safety, and wellbeing of the children in our setting.
We are pleased to hear that your son has received positive support from our team over the past 16 months, and it’s always been our aim to provide him—and all children—with the highest standard of care, tailored to their individual needs.
However, we are very concerned by the allegations in your review. We would like to state clearly that we do not “force out” staff or make employment decisions based on personal bias. Any staff changes are made in line with internal HR procedures, with a focus on maintaining a strong, qualified, and safe environment for the children. All team members, including new staff, are appropriately vetted, trained, and qualified to be working within our setting—and all meet the requirements laid out by Ofsted and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Your comments regarding safeguarding, allergies, and child-to-staff ratios are particularly serious. We want to be absolutely clear: we operate strictly within the legal ratio requirements at all times and under no circumstances would we place children in an unsafe or illegal staffing situation. These matters are subject to both internal audits and external regulation, and we are confident in the compliance of our practices. Any suggestion that we are attempting to conceal staffing information or mislead Ofsted is categorically untrue and deeply misrepresents the standards we uphold.
It is also disappointing to hear your experience of communication with management. We acknowledge that communication can always be improved, especially during times of change. However, we will not tolerate false or defamatory statements about the conduct of individual staff members. If a parent has a concern, we encourage direct engagement through the appropriate channels so it can be dealt with constructively.
We remain committed to the safety, care, and development of every child in our setting. Should you wish to discuss your concerns further in person or in writing, we are more than willing to meet with you directly.
