Thank you for your feedback and for highlighting the positive aspects of our garden and 1:1 learning environment. We note this is the 2nd review from the same household. Our intercom system admits one family at a time for safeguarding, this may cause short waits during busy times. The incidents mentioned were shared with the Care Inspectorate, who confirmed there were no concerns. The nature of these incidents was also considered age-appropriate for the child's stage of development. Our experienced team works with care and dedication. Like all of us, staff may occasionally have a day when they're not their usual selves, we continue to support them in upholding high standards of professionalism. Aprons are available during free play, wearing them is always the child's choice. No missing items were reported, but if a bottle was misplaced, we sincerely apologise. We're reviewing food logging to ensure consistency. We value all feedback and remain committed to high-quality, nurturing care.
