We're so pleased to hear that your daughter enjoys coming; that's the most important thing to us.Just to clear up a couple of things you mentioned - we actually only charge for 51 weeks of the year, and we don't charge at all for the days we're closed over Christmas, New Year, or bank holidays.Regarding the admin fee, this only applies if hours are changed mid-term. We offer three set points throughout the year where changes can be made for free. Outside of that, the admin fee helps cover the time it takes for us to rework rotas, making sure we keep the right staff ratios, and ensure children don't miss out on the activities we carefully plan - like dance sessions, baking, or making special things like Mother's Day cards.We always want to be open and fair, and I hope this helps explain a bit more.
