I hope you are well, I want to thank you for completing the review for us, my staff have spoken to you about any concerns due to you only giving 4 stars for certain aspects of our care.  You explained that you only gave 4 stars for food because you cannot see the menu's or don't get told what your daughter has eaten.  The menu's are on baby's days and they are updated weekly, if you ask the staff what she has eaten they will tell you straight away.
