We are sorry to read you were unhappy with your time with us. Before your child left our nursery in September 2024 (nearly a year has passed since this review has been written) to head off to school, our Nursery Manager and your child's Key Person held regular meetings with yourself to address the issues raised and our concerns regarding behaviour and supporting this at home. Measures and strategies were put in place, which at the time you were supportive of and happy with, we could all see a positive impact this had for your child and he left happy and ready for school. We are always in ratio and our staff need a break, whilst some may smoke, their uniform is always covered by a coat that is not worn around the children and they refresh when they return to nursery, they never smell of cigarettes.
