We are sorry to hear that you feel our communication has not been stringent enough, we have always tried to provide adequate notice for events and have taken your previous request to carry out workshops at a more convenient time for people who work however we also have to work around our staff shift patterns. This is definitely something we will look into for future events. We also appreciate that the App did suffer some technological issues in the past, which have hopefully now been resolved by our platform provider. We are also currently working on updating menu's and have asked parents before to provide us with any favourite recipes so we can include these in our menu's...if you would like to offer any suggestions would be gratefully received.
