Thank you for your review, we appreciate the feedback and yes generally as an industry the staff recruitment has been an impacting factor to the service we are able to provide. However we have still maintained our high standards of provision and expanded the nursery both in child occupancy and staff team over the course of the 3 years under the YMCA Dulverton Group. We pride ourselves in the team and the high quality of our child centered curriculum.
