Thank you for your feedback , Please see the responses below to the issues you have raisedThe nursery is becoming increasingly busy which then also impacts the footfall in the car park and waiting areas, we are not able to acquire additional space to improve this however the car park is being monitored at the busier times to ensure spaces are being utilised.I have considered an available area for storage for pushchairs and the amount that would be potentially required,  it has shown this is not possible based on the layout of the grounds which would further impact space and we have not received requests for this from others. Parents have been happy to take pushchairs away after drop off.With regards to the issues around toileting, the team are working extremely hard to establish solutions to support this, you also have the opportunity to discuss this with the management team and room staff at any time to work together to support your child.
