We take all feedback very seriously. We strive to provide outstanding quality of care to all children in our setting. We have since been contacted by Ofsted, following your correspondence with them, who have confirmed after discussion, that we have all our policies and procedures in place, and they are followed correctly. We are sorry that you felt the need to write such a review, we are and will continue to be passionate about our provision which is reflected in our Outstanding rating by Ofsted in September 2024.
