I'm truly sorry to hear that you feel this way; we have genuinely cared for both of your daughters since they were little. I have personally been there to support you throughout your journey with us, so I'm quite disheartened by your review.  Regarding your daughter's unfortunate accident almost a year ago, (which you praised the team for dealing with it so quickly and professionally), we supported you out of hours and were in constant contact offering any help we could give. You chose to keep your daughters with us after that incident, one has since started school while the other is still enjoying her time here. We are a busy nursery, but are always in ratio and often over staffed to offer support to all spaces. We strive to maintain a busy yet supportive nursery environment, always ensuring that staff/children ratios are met.
