Several inaccuracies need to be addressed in this review:1. No child has ever been, or ever would be called "wicked" at this nursery;  2. The parent requested the meeting in a phone call during the day and the manager responded to her request at pick-up; 3. We are, as always, fully compliant with Ofsted requirements.
