We acknowledge that this past year has been a period of transition, and while changes in management and staffing bring challenges, our priority remains providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. In 2024 and 2025, we've implemented improvements, recognised by Ofsted. Regarding care and supervision, safety is our highest priority. Our staffing levels meet or exceed required ratios, and our qualified team is dedicated to supporting children. The management team is available at the front desk for communication, and their leadership remains active throughout the nursery to support staff, children, and families. We offer a rich curriculum with engaging activities, no TVs, only a smartboard for learning. While some former staff have shown interest in returning, we cannot rehire them for confidential reasons.
