Any adjustments in charges when a child turns two or three are due to the way government-funded hours are allocated and not because we increase our own fees arbitrarily. The local councils set the funding rates and, when children turn three, those rates drop considerably. Your grievance should be with the local council and not with our nursery. We are always fully transparent about our fees, which are clearly outlined for all parents before their children start attending nursery. We refute your allegation that we are not upfront or honest.
