In response to this review, I would like to share the reality of it in a bit more depth. Where there is a change of manager this can be an unsettling period for most settings. In our policy the manager has a right to refuse entry if a child has a high temperature. This is in accordance to our policy the aim is to limit cross infection. We do have nursery pets that are well care for. Unfortunately, pets do come to a natural end of life and unfortunately our beloved gold fish passed way. We are currently in the process of deciding our next pets. We offer children fresh food including fruit and vegetables for snacks twice a day every day, our meals are freshly prepared and cooked by our trained chef in our 5-star kitchen. I can happily say the young workers who join us as apprentices, have had a very successful run in achieving their qualifications and good practice. We have had Ofsted visits and will continue to work with them as all nursery settings should.
