Firstly, we are so pleased that your daughter had an absolutely incredible time at Noddy's and we were able to help with giving her the best start in life.  We apologise that you felt our sickness policies were strict. Our policies follow Ofsted/NHS & UK Health Security Agency combined guidance which we review continuously in line with professional medical advice. We have these measures in place to safeguard the health of the other children and staff in the class as illness can spread quickly amongst young children in a nursery environment. Our exclusion periods vary depending on the nature of the illness, for example:  24 hours for temperatures (noting that many nurseries operate at 48 hours) and 48 hours for diarrhoea & vomiting. We fully understand that it is difficult juggling work alongside sick children and we do try our best to be as accommodating as possible whilst maintaining fairness with the other children/families in each class.
