Thank you for your review, we appreciate the frustration felt with the settle sessions you experienced. Our teams are committed to ensuring that within these sessions they help each child and family feel secure within the nursery. We specifically design these sessions so children can be introduced to the whole team within the room and then are allocated a key worker once they have that initial bond as this is a really important relationship both for our team and children and requires that initial bond to form. We are sorry that the resolution to your experience did not meet your expectation and we weren't able to demonstrate through our communication and emails how much you and your little one meant to us.
