While the three-day settling in process is a tried-and-tested, we do recognise that it can initially feel difficult for both children and parents. It's often the parents who find the separation the hardest to accept, as we naturally want to ensure our little ones are comfortable and secure. During this phase, it's really important that parents feel able to raise any concerns they may have, so these can be addressed in real-time.
