We are so pleased that little one has settled so quickly since joining us in recent months. We love that you are really happy with the level of feedback from the team each day and acknowledge that handovers at the busiest time of day can cause a short wait for some families. We have recently shared an explanation with all parents explaining the unpredictability of children's personal needs during the drop-off and handovers and this can impact staff availability to come to reception faster, however maintaining safety with staff-to-child ratios is always a priority. We continue to be mindful while also providing suitable feedback to those families that prefer more detailed handover as this is such an important part of developing parent partnerships.
