Our team are amazing and works really hard to try and make sure that everything is organised but with so many children things do sometimes become muddled. We always encourage parents to label everything which does help. We are pleased that the issue with the book was sorted out the next day but we are sorry for the inconvenience this caused. We are really pleased that you are so happy with the nursery overall!
