I would like to reassure you that we do not use agency staff, we don't usually have more than 1 apprentice per room per day, however, we do overstaff our Toddler Room keeping the ratio of 1:4 instead of the new 1:5 ratio. We believe in training apprentices to become excellent nursery nurses. We have recently had a change over of apprentices so it could seem that there were more than usual.
