Thank you for taking the time to bring your experience to our attention, we take all feedback very seriously. The views you have shared are somewhat unexpected. You expressed in an email on 12/09/24 that your children had been cared for by some incredible staff and you would not post anything negative about the nursery. In response to a lack of visible senior management, both an Assistant Manager and Deputy Manager have always been available and on site, apologies if this did not meet your expectations. Our aim is to provide the best possible care, and it is something we take very seriously. Once again, we are sorry that you feel the experience did not meet your expectations and wish you and your family the best for the future.
