Regarding staff changes, while some members have left for individual reasons, we have retained many long-serving team members. Additionally, we have successfully recruited new staff, including a Senior Nursery Manager, who have settled in well and are contributing positively. Children are taken on daily trips to parks, including visits to our award-winning Forest School, providing enriching outdoor experiences. We regret that your child felt upset during drop-offs.
