We would like to clarify that your complaint did not relate to any safeguarding matters; therefore, we feel that the 1-star rating for safeguarding does not fairly or accurately reflect the high standards of safeguarding at Spring Grove Nursery. All of our staff are dedicated to safeguarding and promoting the welfare and development of children at Spring Grove, as evidenced by the 'Excellent' rating awarded in our most recent inspection, which included safeguarding standards. We value open communication and have a reflective culture built on feedback and improvement. In recent conversations, you have shared very positive feedback about both the Teddies and Giraffes classes in our Nursery. We're truly sorry this is not reflected in the review ratings given here.
