I am saddened to read your review about our nursery. First you comment it was much better; actually the previous nursery had received 2 inadequate inspections from OFSTED, prior to us registering. We are in no way associated with the previous setting. Your comment about us being less homely is somewhat subjective, you've only got to read our other reviews and look at our social media to see how warm, homely and inviting we have become in the last 12 months. We are a family run business and far detached from the corporate world. I am really happy that Tameside have made a huge change to their policy and are doing an early assessment.  Our issue with paperwork was not due to our amazing SENCO but it was unfortunate that you had to cancel several meetings and this caused delay. I am glad you are pleased with our three staff that we TUPED over; they continue to do an amazing job alongside the other totally passionate team members on site and I will ensure I pass on your kind feedback.
