Thank you for your review. It is always great to hear lovely things about the staff and how happy your child is. Unfortunately some children communicate through sensory, rather than words at this age and biting is a common outcome of this. Staff do try to intervene, of course, to prevent this by using our positive behavior strategies and emotional tools. It is a common behavior trait for this age group that staff are alert to. However we do recognise that this is not nice for the child to experience or their parents. I am glad that despite this, that you and your child still appreciate the bond that your child has with staff and how she shows that she feels safe and loved within our care.
