We at Red Robin try our very best to promote children's independence and we know that this can be difficult for some parents, we try to support parents in any way we can.  We do not send individual photos of children by email and use our secure online system that individual parents have access to their child's developmental progress. Sadly some parents do not login to view. Children are never handed over without the staff knowing the parent, only staff that know the child and the parent hand over the children.  If there is a concern/query a response would be given within 24 hours.
