Whilst we are aware that your child was only with us for 6 hours settling in sessions and 1 half day, we recognise how important it is that you feel comfortable about your child's initial few days. Apologies that you did not meet your child's key person due to illness. Unfortunately, these things do sometimes happen and the room was staffed with qualified, experienced practitioners. We have since implemented a key person buddy system to ensure a secondary key person is available in the event of staff absence. We do take all concerns seriously and pride ourselves on our high standards, as reflected by many parents' reviews. We were more than happy to take on board your feedback and to give you a full refund and we are delighted that your child is now settled into a nursery.
