Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns with us. We regret to hear that you feel the SEND support at our nursery did not meet your daughter's needs. We take great pride in our commitment to inclusivity and follow the SEND code of practice. Our SENDCO of 10 years remains in post and strives to work in partnership with parents to provide the best care and education for every child. Our team of dedicated educators provide regular developmental updates, and final summative reports via our parent app. I can only say that your experience is not typical of life in the nursery, as many of our previous reviewers report. If you still cannot access your child's final assessment information please do get in touch and we will be happy to provide this either in hard copy or via the app.
