Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.  While we are very disappointed with the negative points you raise we always strive to listen to our parents and address any concerns they have.  Sadly, we have seen recruitment challenges since last year and this is very much a sector wide issue we face.  We have worked hard pre our Ofsted Inspection and they are confident in our abilities to continue working on action plans created for improvement.  We can assure you ratios are always met in both qualifications and volume of children.  Our team are driven to provide the best service for our children and families.
