We are sorry to hear that your expectations have not been met with your little one transitioning into the toddler room. While we do try to keep our parents up to date with all the activities happening within the nursery and preschool, sometimes the attention of the Nursery Practitioners is required more within the room to ensure that children are getting the most out of the nursery experience. Your child's key person is always on hand at your pick up and drop off time for an information handover and you are more than welcome to ask any questions about your little one's day at this time.
