We are saddened to see this review from a long-standing parent of the nursery. We are happy to meet with you and discuss any issues further in person. There has been a period of unsettlement in the nursery due to staffing issues, some of which have been beyond our control. This has since been resolved. The children will always be our number one priority, and their needs always come first and our teams, a mix of established and newer staff, ensure their needs are met in every area.
