At Partou, we want to create a community where everyone feels at home and proud to belong, by not allowing our team members to carry out certain tasks core to their role on the grounds of their gender would put that at risk. All our practitioners, regardless of gender complete the same training until they are qualified, we would not prevent any of them from being able to carry out their role in full in a fair, respectful, and fully inclusive environment.
